Senior Engineering Manager

Cryptio is building the data infrastructure for the crypto economy. We help companies and institutions automate financial reporting and compliance for digital assets at scale.

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Data Ingestion and Reconciliation squads, working with around 20 engineers. This is a senior leadership role focused on building strong teams, creating clarity, and enabling consistent delivery in a fast moving environment.

You will work closely with Product, Staff Engineers, and the wider engineering leadership team to ensure we are building reliable, scalable systems while continuously improving how we work together.

This role is about people, alignment, and execution rather than hands on technical leadership.

What you will be doing

• Lead and support multiple engineering teams through coaching, regular feedback, and clear growth paths
• Create the conditions for teams to deliver consistently and with confidence
• Partner closely with Product to shape priorities and execution
• Remove friction in processes, communication, and ways of workingHire and grow strong engineering teams across France and the UK
• Act as a thoughtful technical counterpart, able to challenge decisions and protect long term quality without being hands on

What we are looking for

• Several years of experience as an Engineering Manager in a SaaS or scale up environment
• A strong engineering background and comfort engaging deeply with technical topics
• A proven track record of leading high performing teams through growth and change
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple countries
• Experience with modern backend systems such as Rust or Node.js and data heavy platforms is a plus
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial systems is a bonus; curiosity and learning mindset are essential
