The role

We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead high-performing software engineering teams and create the conditions for them to thrive. You’ll be a technical expert , delivery leader and people coach , ensuring engineers feel supported, grow in their careers, and deliver measurable impact to customers.

You’ll work closely with Product peers to align priorities, maintain roadmaps, and ensure predictable, sustainable delivery. You’ll also champion engineering quality, simplicity, and modern practices , including the adoption of AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot to supercharge workflows.

You won’t write production code, but you’ll need the technical depth to coach effectively, ask the right questions, and advocate for best practices.

Above all, you’ll help us build inclusive, collaborative teams that do work that matters.

What you’ll do
  • Lead and develop engineers through regular 1 : 1s, clear objectives, and actionable feedback.
  • Drive delivery excellence : set goals, track progress, and enable continuous improvement.
  • Shape team composition to align with roadmap priorities and business outcomes.
  • Champion engineering standards and coach for simplicity and quality.
  • Remove friction from development workflows through better tooling and processes.
  • Collaborate across disciplines : Product, Design, Data, and Principal Engineers.
  • Grow and hire talent , ensuring inclusive recruitment and strong retention.
  • Foster high-trust, inclusive teams where everyone feels ownership and belonging.
  • Lead adoption of AI tools to boost developer speed and quality.
