A global leader and long-standing pioneer in the music industry is launching a brand-new D2C division . We are seeking a visionary Director of Engineering to lead the development of new products and a small team of engineers.

💡 Who You Are

You are a technical heavyweight who still loves the "how" as much as the "why." You have a proven track record of scaling platforms and leading high-performing teams.

• Leadership : 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams (mentoring, hiring, and culture building).
• Domain Expertise : Experience in E-commerce / D2C environments (Shopify, NetSuite,..).
• Technical Depth : A background in modern stacks—specifically Python or Node.js , React, and Microservices architecture.
• Cloud Native : Expert-level knowledge of AWS ecosystems.
• Strategic Mindset : You’ve led system re-platforming or built "greenfield" products from zero to one.

• Hands-on Guidance : While you are a leader, you aren't afraid to dive into technical design or architectural refinement to unblock your team. This is absolutely critical as this still ill be a technical role, where you'd be actively contributing to the System Design & Architecture.
