Responsibilities

• Lead the Hard Services team to ensure safe operation of M&E services.
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain logbooks.
• Manage the controlled issue of hard services materials.

Skills

Knowledge of building services systems

Management experience

Excellent communication skills

Experience in TFM / IFM environment

Confident in Microsoft Office suite

Education

Recognised trade (electrical, mechanical, plumbing)
