Engineering Geologist – Manchester. Location: Manchester. Reference: BY. Salary: £27,000 - £35,000. A Ground Investigation and Environmental Consultancy located in Manchester is seeking an ambitious Engineering Geologist to join the team on a variety of contaminated land and ground investigation projects. This role offers a step up from a graduate position with increased responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Work with a small team of specialists on a wide variety of ground investigation and contaminated land projects, on site and in the office.
  • Oversee ground investigations, borehole logging and coring, groundwater and gas monitoring.
  • Prepare reports, conduct desktop studies and liaise with team members.
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: £27,000 - £32,000, plus pay for overtime.

Requirements
  • Experience in a geo-environmental or geotechnical based role with report writing experience.

  • Full UK driving licence, as travelling to site will be essential.
  • A full right to work in the UK.
