Qualifications

  • Eligible to work within the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Support administration of inspection plans and workpack tracking.
  • Interface with engineering personnel to support planned workscopes.
  • Build workpacks to completion for review by Integrity Engineer.
  • Manage inspection data and update relevant registers.
  • Administer P&ID sets, corrosion circuits, PFD’s etc.
  • Interact with Team Planner regarding mob/demobilisation activities.
  • Prepare and administer CTR for execution of workscopes.
  • Support preparation of annual budget submissions.
  • Provide general support to the Inspection & Integrity Engineers.
  • Manage data and information efficiently, including records and databases.

Plant Integrity Management (PIM) is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Engineering Assistant to join our team in Blackburn, Aberdeenshire.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Previous relevant experience preferred
  • Highers / A Levels or equivalent essential
  • HNC in an Engineering discipline or technology or equivalent preferred
  • Microsoft Office applications Word & Excel (Access a distinct advantage)
  • 2D Computer Aided Drafting
Responsibilities would include but would not be limited to:
  • Supports administration of inspection plans and workpack tracking
  • Interface with engineering personnel to support implementation of planned workscopes
  • Capability of building workpacks to completion for review by Integrity Engineer
  • Management of inspection data and updating relevant registers
  • Administration of registers, P&ID sets, corrosion circuits, PFD’s etc
  • Interaction with Team Planner (where appropriate) with regards to mob / demobilisation activities
  • Preparation and administration of CTR with respect to execution of workscopes
  • Support preparation of annual budget submissions
  • General support to the Inspection & Integrity Engineers
  • Effective and efficient data and information management, including records, registers and databases

Further education will be made available for the right candidates. Candidates must be eligible to work within the UK.
