A leading global elevator and escalator company in Woking is seeking an Engineering Administrative Specialist to manage solution documentation and support the Sales teams throughout the elevator order process. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable.
  • Experience with document control systems (Aconex, A-Site, 4P) is desirable.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the elevator order process from beginning to completion.
  • Execute the standard layout approval process with internal stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain the quality of internal documentation.
