Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities

Liaises with members of the public and gives advice regarding clamping and fines.

Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.

Works alongside other agencies when required, including Police, DVLA and VOSA.

Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.

Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment are serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.

Completes daily reports regarding activities.
