Job summary

A national multi-disciplinary consultancy in the City of London is seeking an experienced Energy / Sustainability Assessor to ensure compliance with energy schemes including ESOS. The ideal candidate will hold the ESOS Lead Assessor accreditation and have a proven track record in energy auditing and sustainability assessments. This role offers the opportunity to produce Energy Statements and Carbon Management Plans, contributing to significant projects in energy management and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Hold the ESOS Lead Assessor accreditation.
• Proven track record of developing compliance plans for sustainability schemes.
• Experience producing technical reports to the BS EN 16247 standard.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with energy schemes including ESOS.
• Producing Energy and Sustainability Statements.
• Undertaking BREEAM assessments.
• Writing audit reports.
• Producing Carbon Management Plans and Net Zero strategies.
