Qualifications

  • Must have a Level 3 qualification in a trade occupation.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out Energy Performance Certificates and stock condition surveys.
  • Inspect properties and specify repairs based on issues found.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and housing standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors and tenants to deliver projects.
