Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of energy legislation and government policy.
  • Experience in finance and business case development.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in legal compliance and utility management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.
  • Develop and deliver utility management strategies.
  • Support compliance with UK Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS).
  • Manage site‑wide utility management software and monitoring consumption data.
  • Develop business cases for carbon reduction.

Skills

Strong understanding of energy legislation and government policy
Experience in finance and business case development
Proven stakeholder management skills
Background in legal compliance and utility management

Education

Full Member of the Energy Institute (MEI)
Chartered Energy Manager or working towards chartership
Equivalent Level 6 qualification in utility management
