Responsibilities

• Manage EPC consultants to meet energy efficiency standards.
• Analyse housing portfolio to assess performance and identify investment opportunities.
• Maintain data in the Council’s Asset Management system, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare reports for senior management to communicate findings.
• Validate and interpret EPC/SAP outputs for compliance reporting.
• Identify opportunities for improving energy performance across council stock.
