Job summary

A local government agency in England is seeking an Asset Management Analyst (Energy) for a temporary 12-month role. You will manage EPC consultants, analyse housing stock for improvements, and maintain data integrity in the asset management system. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage EPC consultants to ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards.
  • Analyse housing stock to evaluate asset performance and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and validate EPC/SAP outputs.
