This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £54,916 per annum.

We're looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the role of Empty Homes Manager within our Property Services team as part of the Customer Services Directorate.
As Empty Homes Manager, you'll lead the delivery of Karbon Homes' Empty Homes Strategy, ensuring properties are turned around quickly, safely, and cost‑effectively. You'll manage a team of Operational Team Managers and work collaboratively across the business to minimise void times, maximise rental income, and enhance customer experience. This is a key leadership role, driving innovation, compliance, and service excellence.
You should have a proven track record of managing empty homes or voids services in a housing or property environment, with strong leadership skills and the ability to coach, motivate, and engage others. You'll be highly organised, capable of managing budgets, interpreting complex data, and delivering operational improvements. You'll have excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the resilience to work under pressure. A relevant degree or professional qualification (or equivalent experience) and a full UK driving licence are essential.
