Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a social worker or professional with appropriate experience to work in close partnership with the researchers, in the delivery of an NIHR funded trial Empowered Together (co-ordinated social care in prison).
The Trust provides inpatient and community specialist Mental Health services to children and young people, adults and older adults and also delivers forensic mental health services. The Trust provides a range of physical health care community services and children's services. The Trust supports a wide portfolio of high quality research, including this NIHR funded study led by Dr Louise Robinson (LSCft) and Dr Katrina Forsyth (University of Manchester).
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides secondary mental health care across the area, including inpatient and community services, and forensic and physical health services in partnership with local organisations.
