I also personally know the Partner and have helped them throughout their career too.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing team where you'll work with high-profile clients on complex projects and play a key role in driving the team forward.

The Role

You'll be involved in both compliance and advisory work, delivering technical excellence while providing strategic solutions to clients. You'll also have the chance to mentor junior team members and help shape the future of the practice.

Key responsibilities
  • Advising clients on complex employment tax and equity matters.
  • Delivering high-quality compliance and advisory projects.
  • Balancing day-to-day tax compliance with strategic project work.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Upholding quality, technical, and risk management standards.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues.

We're seeking someone ambitious and client-focused, who enjoys solving problems and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

You will ideally have
  • Strong experience in employment tax advisory.
  • Knowledge of global mobility payroll (a bonus, but not essential).
  • A relevant qualification such as ATT, ACA, ACCA, CA, or CTA.
  • Strong technical skills with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • A client-first approach with strong commercial awareness.
  • Experience within professional services (preferred).
