Overview

A growing Plymouth based firm of chartered accountants has a requirement for an Employment Tax Assistant Manager to join their tax team as a key addition. You will have the opportunity to manage the delivery of wide-ranging employment tax matters for clients within this growing business, with a clear progression on offer.

Responsibilities
  • Advise on a wide range of employment tax matters across benefits and rewards, PAYE, NI, CIS and international, expatriate tax.
  • Advise on and perform due diligence and transactions.
  • Work with HMRC and ensure compliance on employment tax matters.
  • Build relationships with clients and work with the wider team on the development and growth of this service line.
  • Assist with business development and help manage the wider team, providing support and guidance.
  • Benefit from a clear route to progression within a fast growing and highly successful chartered firm.
Profile / Qualifications
  • ACCA, ACA, ATT/CTA qualified or studying CTA, etc., with a career background developed within employment tax.
  • Experience developed within Top 4, Top 10 or Top 50 firm environments, or independent accounting firms of any size.
  • Looking for a role and environment where you can develop and progress with a clear route to achieve career goals within a growing accountancy practice.
Job Offer

Circa £40,000 – £50,000 dependent on background, experience and the level of the right professional, plus benefits, negotiable.
