Job summary

A reputable law firm in the UK is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while advising on a wide range of employment law matters including redundancy, unfair dismissal, and discrimination. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years PQE, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage their own caseload. A competitive salary of £65k FTE plus uncapped OTE is offered for dedicated professionals committed to working from home.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills required.

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience necessary.
• Experience in both claimant and respondent cases regarded as useful.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on employment law issues.
• Assist clients with settlement agreements, unfair dismissal, and discrimination cases.
• Handle cases potentially progressing to Employment Tribunals.

We re supporting a reputable law firm who are looking to welcome an Employment Solicitor to their team. You will provide expert employment advice to employees, employers, executives, SMEs, and trade unions on a wide oherwydd issues.

To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials:

• Strong organisational skills and the ability provide expert advice on a number of matters
• Ability to manage own caseload
• 5 years + PQE
• Open to various levels including Associates, Senior Associates, Directors, and Partners
• Experience in contentious or mixed contentious/non-contentious employment work
• Happy to work with a mixed caseload of both claimant and respondent
• Confident, motivated solicitors who enjoy autonomy and challenging matters
• UK-based, able to work fully remotely

Within this position, you ll also be:

• Assisting clients delivering a professional service on a wide range of issues including but not limited to:
  • Settlement agreements
  • Redundancy and restructures
  • Unfair dismissal
  • Discrimination
  • Disciplinary procedures and grievances
• Handling cases that may progress to Employmentисини Tribunals

Salary and Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday hours to suit the employee
• £65k FTE base plus uncapped OTE
• Must be able to commit to hours per week
