OVERVIEW
  • The appointed solicitor will manage a caseload of employment and industrial relations matters, deliver expert advice and represent clients before tribunals and courts.
  • You will play a key role in guiding cases from initial instruction through to final litigation, working to achieve successful outcomes for a client base made up primarily of trade union members and individuals.
  • Applicants must be qualified solicitors with at least 6 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law and a demonstrable track record of delivering excellent client service and legal outcomes.
  • The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes an annual bonus of up to 10%, 25 days of holiday, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, flexible working arrangements, and fully funded staff social events.
