A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate / Legal Director specializing in Employment law. This role requires at least 7 years' PQE from a City or large regional firm and focuses on transactional support, including mergers and employee contracts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be part of a supportive team with a positive culture. The firm offers high-value cross-border work and strong partner relationships.
A new opportunity has arisen at a global law firm for a senior Employment lawyer who has a strong transactional /corporate support background. The team enjoys recognition in the legal rankings and handles a very wide range of work. They would love to hire an Employment lawyer who has upwards of 7 years’ PQE at a City or large regional firm and who will enjoy a transactional support focus. Matters will include advising on all employment aspects of mergers, carve-outs, outsourcing and real estate transactions. You will provide strategic advice on restructuring programmes, employment contracts, TUPE and data protection. Excellent stakeholder management skills are required to partner with the corporate and PE transactional teams and external clients.
