A leading international law firm in London is seeking a Mid/Senior Employment Lawyer with 3+ years of experience. This Senior Associate role offers clear progression and the chance to work closely with market‑leading partners in a collaborative and high‑performing environment. The team is known for its technical excellence and its ability to advise on complex, strategic and often cross‑border employment issues.
The practice advises multinational corporates, financial institutions and major investors across sectors including financial services, technology, energy, and life sciences. The work includes large‑scale employment advisory mandates, high‑value disputes, sensitive investigations, executive terminations, remuneration and incentive structuring, and the employment aspects of major corporate and commercial transactions. The group also regularly supports clients on regulatory change, industrial relations and diversity & inclusion matters.
