The Opportunity

Lex Exec is working with a well established UK law firm to recruit an Employer focused Employment Senior Associate into its London based team.

This role offers exposure to a broad and balanced mix of employment advisory, contentious, and transactional support work. The practice advises a diverse portfolio of employer clients across multiple sectors and is known for providing pragmatic, commercial advice that is focused on outcomes rather than theory.

The firm operates nationally and offers the depth, infrastructure, and client access of a large practice, while maintaining a supportive and collaborative working environment.

You will handle a varied caseload with appropriate autonomy and support, including :

• Employment relations and day to day advisory work
• Employment Tribunal litigation
• Employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions
• Supporting employer clients across a range of industries

The work is predominantly employer side, with some individual advisory matters , and experience in transaction support is particularly valued.
