Employment Law Paralegal required for our Colchester-based legal client working within their well-established employment team under the supervision of an experienced employment partner. It is essential for this role that you possess previous paralegal and employment law experience, with a motivation to progress further in your career in employment law.

The Role

• Working under the supervision of an employment partner with over a decade of experience
• Handling a wide range of employment law matters
• Managing cases across both private and public sectors
• Representing both employers and employees
• Office hours are 9-5 with flexibility to 8-4 or 10-6, plus one study day per week

The Person

• Previous paralegal and employment law experience is required
• A self-motivated individual capable of building strong client relationships
• Driven, positive, and highly motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Friendly, caring attitude with a passion for excellent customer care
