A leading services organisation is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its UK legal team, based in Nottingham. The opportunity to work closely with both HR and Legal functions, providing strategic legal advice on employment law compliance, employee relations, and data protection matters. The firm operates a hybrid working model, with office presence required three days a week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, investigations, and tribunal claims.
