About The Role

Employment Coordinator – Aberdeen City

Your role, as an Employment Coordinator, is to provide support to people who have barriers to work to make progress towards and achieve well paid, sustainable employment. This role is based within schools across Aberdeen City, supporting young people from S3 to S6, to introduce employability skills, identify career goals and secure a positive destination post school.
