The charity delivers a specialist supported employment programme that exclusively supports people with a learning disability and/or autism into sustainable employment.

We’ve got three roles available right now — two covering Manchester City postcodes and one covering Stockport.

In a nutshell, the role will involve:

• Managing a caseload of around 20–25 clients, working with them to create personalised plans to support them into work
• Delivering one-to-one career advice and guidance, including CV writing, job searching, and interview preparation
• Spending one day per week at the Stockport office for team meetings and training
• Spending the rest of the week out in the community meeting clients (coffee shops, libraries, community centres, Jobcentres, etc.)
• Reaching out to employers and decision-makers to create job opportunities for clients (a real win-win, as there’s no cost to employers), including meeting them face to face to discuss candidates

The charity is very supportive, with weekly team meetings, regular one-to-ones with your manager, and monthly reviews. There’s also structured training in place to help you get up to speed and feel confident in the role.
Travel expenses and parking are paid, and you’ll need to be a driver with access to a car.

Working hours: This is a Monday to Friday role, working 35 hours per week. There’s flexibility to arrange your hours within an 8am–6pm window — for example, you could work 8am–4pm or 10am–6pm.
