Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a corporate HR Advisor or Generalist role.
  • Previous experience within the HR function is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and upskill managers on employee relations issues.
  • Provide confident advice based on HR policies and best practices.
  • Document employee relations activities with managers.
  • Identify and address ER trends with recommendations.
  • Ensure employee documentation meets legal requirements.
  • Prepare documentation for employment tribunals as needed.
  • Answer employee questions on HR policies and practices.
  • Support managers in recognizing employee training needs.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to update HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems.

Education

CIPD Level 5 qualification
