Hybrid working from - York

Salary up to £48,000

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Elevation HR are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking company who are now looking for an Employee Relations Business Partner to join the team for a 12 month FTC.

The role of Employee Relations Business Partner will provide advice and guidance, supporting managers on people management case work and absence support.

The Employee Relations Business Partner will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct thorough, unbiased investigations into employee complaints, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.
  • Advise managers and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and best practices related to performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee conduct.
  • Monitor trends in employee relations and report insights to leadership, recommending proactive strategies for improvement.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have solid experience of Employee Relations with the ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of managers
  • Have experience of early reconciliation with ACAS
  • Demonstrates a sound understanding of employment law
  • CIPD L5, or working towards
