We’re hiring our first People Relations Partner to shape how we manage complex people matters across our global workforce. This role will lead global employee relations cases, investigations and advisory while also building scalable frameworks to strengthen trust, enable high-performance and growth.
This isn’t just a reactive ER role —it’s about ensuring everyone is treated fairly by designing consistent, clear, and proactive processes that help leaders act quickly and confidently. The right person combines deep People expertise, exceptional judgment, and a commercial mindset. You’ll be AI-enabled, pragmatic, and skilled at guiding leaders through ambiguous, high-stakes situations, always focusing on outcomes that benefit both our people and the business.
This is a hands-on role that requires confidence in handling cases across multiple jurisdictions, ideally in the UK, New Zealand, or Australia, with exposure to the USA and other Asian markets a plus!
This is a fully remote role that requires some flexibility across time zones, with the option to work in-person if you're in an area with an office.
