Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is looking for an Employee Relations Lead for a Central Government client. This hybrid role requires managing complex employee relations casework and effectively engaging with stakeholders. Essential
  • A strong, practically demonstrated understanding of relevant current employment law, ACAS codes and Civil Service-wide employee relations challenges and can demonstrate using this knowledge effectively to manage complex casework to effective resolution.
  • Extensive HR casework experience, ideally within the Civil Service or wider public sector.
  • Significant stakeholder management experience, confident handling challenging stakeholders and dealing with conflicting priorities.
Desirable
  • Chartered MCIPD (or similar Human Resources qualification)
