Employee Relations Advisor Retail

Location: Home-based with regular travel to Milton Keynes and stores (up to 25% travel required)
Length: ASAP start until 28/02/2026, may be extended

Type: Full-time, temporary position

Pay: PAYE £150 per day plus holiday pay, or Umbrella company inside IR35 – £210 per day

Were looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor with strong ER (Employee Relations) to join our clients Retail People Team. You will act as the primary point of contact for your allocated regional and store management teams,.tax providing clear, confident and solution-focused Employee Relations advice. A key part of this role will be leading the management of long-term sickness cases across our retail võimal network of approximately 350 stores.

None This is a home-based role with regular travelley our Milton Keynes office and retail sites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for ER advice for assigned regional and store managers, including policy einschließlich analysis and recommended actions. Provide regional coverage when needed.
