A prominent recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor for a temporary full-time position. Were looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor with strong ER (Employee Relations) to join our clients Retail People Team. You will act as the primary point of contact for your allocated regional and store management teams,.tax providing clear, confident and solution-focused Employee Relations advice. A key part of this role will be leading the management of long-term sickness cases across our retail võimal network of approximately 350 stores.
