Job summary

A dynamic logistics and operations company in Bedford is looking for an experienced HR Administrator/Advisor to join their HR team at the Head Office. This full-time, office-based position focuses on providing high-quality administrative support in employee relations and ensuring compliance across various HR processes. Qualifications

  • Possessing or working towards a CIPD qualification.
  • Experience in HR Employee Relations administration or similar HR support role.
  • Excellent written communication skills for producing documentation.
  • Understanding of employment law legislation.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR administrative support across core HR functions.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases.
  • Support HR Business Partners in formal employee relations processes.
  • Draft formal documentation for grievances and hearings.
  • Update and manage employee relations case systems.
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee queries.
  • Carry out ad hoc administrative duties as required.
