You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and design tailored solutions using Capgemini’s Employee Experience Portfolio—including Experience Management, Service Desk, Workplace & Collaboration, Onsite Support, and Hardware Lifecycle Management.

We’re looking for someone with technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex challenges with empathy and clarity.

Hybrid working: The work location will vary according to your role, needs, and business requirements; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you will not be able to work at home 100% of the time.

If offered this position, you will undergo pre-employment checks, including identity, nationality or immigration status, employment history for the past 3 years, and a criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service).

Your role
  • Solution Design & Development: Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure EUX solutions tailored to client requirements, utilizing leading technologies and approaches. Select appropriate components from the portfolio and collaborate with partners to create tailored solutions that maximize the End User Experience.
  • Presales Support: Lead in the presales process as the SME, working with sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and deliver presentations and demonstrations.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain deep expertise across the Employee Experience Portfolio and related technologies. Stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and requirements, and articulate the value of proposed solutions. Build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Competitive Analysis: Understand competitive pressures and identify cost levers to deliver cost-effective solutions.

We promote an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their whole self to work. Capgemini is committed to building a diverse and welcoming workplace.

Your skills and experience
  • Proven experience designing and delivering modern end-user Employee Experience solutions, including onsite support, back-end technologies, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong skills in developing proposals, technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and cost models.
  • Confidence in engaging with clients, listening actively, and translating technical concepts into clear language.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive approach to learning about market trends and innovations.
Your security clearance

To be appointed, you must obtain SC clearance, which requires residency in the UK for the past 5 years, among other criteria. You will be asked about your eligibility during the recruitment process. Some roles may be restricted to UK nationals for security reasons.
