A leading occupational health service provider in the UK is seeking an Accredited Counsellor for a home-based, part-time position. You will deliver wellbeing assessments and support employees facing personal or work-related issues. The ideal candidate must have a Diploma in Counselling, accreditation with BACP or equivalent, and at least three years of counselling experience. Job Title: Accredited Counsellor - EAP
Location: Homebased, UK
Salary: Antwerp: £35,000 pro rata per annum plus late shift allowance
Contract Type: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: 3 days per week. 7.5 hours per day between Monday - Friday (22.5 hours)
This role will require x1 late shift per week and x1 эффект every 10-12 weeks (working Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 08:00am-20:00pm)

Due to significant business growth, we are currently recruiting for an Accredited Employee Assistance Advisor to join our nationwide team. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary professional team, delivering sessions, wellbeing assessments and appropriate follow-up action to employees with personal or work-related problems.
