• Goal-driven and KPI-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify learner needs and create personalized learning plans.
• Review learner progress to ensure training effectiveness.
• Collect feedback from learners to improve curriculum.
• Manage administrative tasks and documentation.
• Encourage positive attitudes towards learning.
• Meet all KPIs under the Prison Education Service.

Skills

Experience in similar roles (Recruitment / IAG / Employability)

Ability to engage with individuals with complex needs

Experience working towards KPIs

Education

GCSE English Language Grade C (or Level 2 qualification)
