Job description
Overview

Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, drive and enthusiasm with a real desire to be part of a consistently developing service? We’re looking for an Administrator who embraces change and wants to join a diverse team in a busy but rewarding department where you can work both independently and as part of the multi-disciplinary team. This is a 24/7 facility with a rota that can change at short notice due to department needs.

Responsibilities
  • Aid the smooth running of the CSU and reflect high quality customer care in daily activities, operating within the defined policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines.
  • Work as part of the team and also independently to support departmental objectives.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours and rota changes, including early, late and overnight shifts.
Qualifications and Development
  • All training required to undertake the post will be provided.
  • Opportunity to access relevant training via the appraisal process, including ECDL and NVQ Level 2 in healthcare administration/supervisory skills.
Working Pattern

The department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You will need to be flexible in your approach to working hours, with shifts including early (7am–3pm), late (2pm–10pm) and overnight (9pm–7:30am).
