Job responsibilities
  • Set the strategic vision for operational excellence in syndicated‑loan closings in partnership with the Head of EMEA Structured Origination.
  • Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, risk management, and control standards.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators and control metrics for operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure robust governance and control frameworks through regular reviews and audits.
  • Assume accountability for delivering measurable business results, including financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross‑functional coordination of pre‑closing requirements with senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
  • Represent the function in executive working groups focused on performance, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the team, empowering managers to achieve operational excellence.
  • Guide and support remote and cross‑regional teams, evaluating opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
