A leading technology company in the UK is looking for a Principal Benefits Partner to manage benefit plans and programs across EMEA. This role involves designing benefit and wellness programs, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in benefits management within EMEA and strong communication skills. As Principal Benefits Partner, you will be responsible for managing benefit plans and programs across EMEA. Working closely with the regional People Team Resources, you’ll use your market knowledge and experience to develop leading edge plans and programs, manage compliance, and assist with strategy.
