EMEA Distribution Personal Assistant & Team Support

Description
To provide effective personal assistant support to the Senior Vice President EMEA Distribution, and administration support to the EMEA Distribution team. This team operates in a fast-moving and dynamic environment across many countries. This role is key to effectively supporting the EMEA Distribution Senior Vice President and the wider team to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- PA support to Senior Vice President, EMEA (Distribution)
- Admin support for EMEA Distribution Management Team
To provide general administrative support to the business, including:
- Measure the activity of the sales team in the CRM and issue dashboard each week
- Organise and provide support for key internal and external events as appropriate
- Completing presentations and sales tools, market research
- Assist with the generation of proposals with the sales staff
- Support the sales team with general administration and travel arrangements as required
- Assisting with contract management
- Maintain and update the distributor database and training database
- Receive and process enquiries from technicians at Distributors, who request access to the TechServe tool
- Collation of the weekly “whereabouts” file of the team
- Assist with PER template process and coordination
- Update team file to track status of PER projects each week
- Support the team to purchase banknotes for technical evaluation from distributors
- Liaise collaboratively between Glory Japan’s technical team, EEMEA distributors, sales, and service team to progress and conclude PERs in a timely and effective way
- Support the coordination of regular updates to the team and chase outstanding information needed to progress PER

Education Level:
- Experience in an International role is desirable
- Experience working in a corporate office environment in a PA/Team Administrator role
Qualifications:
- Desirable PA/Admin related qualifications or willingness to attend course.
- A Good standard of education and a University degree are desirable
