Qualifications

• Previous experience working directly with customers.
• High level knowledge of embedded engineering.
• Pre and post sales customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical customer support.
• Set up systems in the lab for customer applications.
• Contribute to technical documentation for internal teams and customers.
• Be the primary contact for Tier 1 customers in the US.
• Validate operation of systems before shipping.
