Embedded Systems Engineer

A leading diving equipment manufacturer is looking for an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer to lead the design of new underwater navigation products. Working with the engineering team and reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will research, prototype, and develop embedded software and GUIs for commercial standalone dive equipment, including sensor‑fusion navigation (GPS + dead reckoning) and PC‑based mission playback.

Key Requirements

• Embedded Linux (ideally Yocto) on Raspberry Pi or similar hardware
• Qt GUI development (QML + C++), desktop or embedded (Boot to Qt)
• Multi‑threaded C++
• Raspberry Pi Compute Module experience
• Strong Git proficiency
• 5+ years professional software development
