This role blends creative marketing execution with hands‐on technical capabilities, including proficiency in Dynamics 365 and HTML/CSS for web customisation, email campaign development, Dynamics 365 technical support, web customisation & CSS, and maintaining responsive design standards and accessibility best practices across digital touchpoints.

We're seeking a versatile Email Marketing Specialist with strong technical acumen, someone who can build high‑impact email campaigns while also supporting CRM and web‑based implementations.

Responsibilities
  • Build high‑impact email campaigns while supporting CRM and web‑based implementations.
  • Develop and deliver email campaigns including strategy, execution, analytics, design, and technical set‑up.
  • Design journeys, manage segments, and support automation in Dynamics 365 Marketing and/or Customer Engagement modules.
  • Use HTML/CSS for email formatting, responsive design, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain responsive design standards and accessibility best practices across digital touchpoints.
  • Provide Dynamics 365 technical support.
  • Support technical implementations and system configurations.
  • Communicate effectively across marketing and technical teams.
  • Analyze metrics, focus on detail, and solve problems cross‑functionally.
