Qualifications

  • Experience in Lift / Escalator Servicing / Maintenance / Repairs – preferred.
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 minimum in Lift / Escalator maintenance or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work towards Schindler Certification Level 3 Red.
  • The ability to work independently with a flexible approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine servicing of lift / escalator equipment.
  • Rectify faults on lift / escalator equipment during breakdowns.
  • Conduct maintenance checks including speed and motor functions.
  • Perform more advanced fault-finding using technical manuals.
  • Work in compliance with Safety and environmental policies.
