Overview

Position: Electronics Assembler
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000
Location: Waterbeach
Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00am- 16:00pm

Proactive are currently recruiting for multiple experienced Electronic Assemblers to begin work for a leading engineering company based in Waterbeach. This is an exciting opportunity working for a world leader in the design, manufacture, assembly and distribution of high quality electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes (written, verbal and using assembly drawings).
• Work within a small team as well as independently.
• Maintain workspace and ensure work is carried out to meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot as needed and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Experience with soldering is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, drawings and work under pressure.
• Wiring and cable assembly experience.
• Ability to adapt to flexible work priorities and multitask.
