• Able to manage the full purchasing process from RFQs to order follow-up.
• Experienced in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Place and progress purchase orders ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain communication with suppliers to track order status.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
• Monitor supplier on-time deliveries and report concerns.
• Maintain vendor data information accurately.
• Assist in identifying new potential vendors.
• Communicate and manage non-conformances effectively.
