Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle all assembly operations including electronic assembly and wiring.
• Conduct in-process inspection and testing.
• Support materials handling and storage including cycle counting.

Electronics/Electro-Mechancial Technician – Sunbury-Upon-Thames

Proactive Global is hiring for experienced Electromechanical/Electronic Technicians having hands-on work experience with Mechanical and Electronic Components for a leading manufacturing organisation in Sunbury-on-Thames.

This is a Permanent Position

Shift

Shift Timings : Mon-Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Salary

Salary - 28k- 32k per annum

Responsibilities

• All assembly operations including electronic assembly, PCB soldering, wiring etc.
• In-process inspection & test.
• Sealing & finishing operations.
• Calibration operations.
• Champion 5S & Standard Work to maintain and improve product quality and factory productivity.
• Support internal Management System audits (ISO 9001 / 14001).
• Support continuous improvement in product quality and factory productivity.
• Support proto-type build & special projects.
• Support New Product Introduction.
• Any reasonable task in Manufacturing, including Store & Logistics, PCBA and Main Production.
• Support automated printed circuit board assembly.
• Support materials handling & storage, including cycle counting.
