ELECTRICIAN - FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
ELECTRICAL HEATING & HEAT PUMP SUPPORT MANUFACTURER
  • Are you Electrical qualified - 18th edition & C&G 2391?
  • Do you want to be a Field Service Engineer - supporting Heat Pumps, HVAC, etc
  • Do you want to work for an established Manufacturer?
  • Reside M25 catchment area?

A leading manufacturer of Electrical heating, ventilation, renewable & heat pump products, are seeking anField ServiceEngineer who is electrically qualified to support their products within the London & Southeast area.

Based from home, you will visit clientsundertaking the servicing, repair & programming of Electric Heating products, Heat Pumps and ventilation products.

This will also include supporting customers, installers & Service Partners - providing product training as required.

The Role
  • Using your electrical fault-finding knowledge to service, repair & support H&V products
  • Communicate with both external & internal stakeholders including completing associated reports/paperwork
  • Identify & report product issues in order to ensure continual improvement
  • Maintain a strong technical customer experience
The Candidate

You will be an Electrical Engineer, Electrician, Electrical Improver, Renewables Engineer, Heat Pump Engineer, Field Service Engineer or HVAC Engineer -with the following qualifications.

Essential
  • Electrically qualified with qualifications/certification:
  • 18th edition & C&G 2391, City & Guilds Electrical
  • Able to fault find & read electrical diagrams
  • Excellent communication skills & customer focused
  • Self motivated
  • Computer literate
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Able to be DBS clear
Advantage OR will training provided to complete
  • F Gas Refrigeration
  • NVQ Plumbing
  • G3 Unvented
Hours & Remuneration
  • Salary on experience & qualificationsof circa £40,000 to £47,000
  • 37.5hr week
  • Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5pm
  • Friday 8.30am to 4pm
  • Compnay Van, Uniform, Tools, Pension, etc
  • 33 days holiday (25 days + Banks)
