Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with a range of electrical test and inspection skills.
• 2-5 years' experience in social housing or building maintenance environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical test and inspection (EICRs) to assess safety and compliance.
• Carry out repairs, rewiring and related electrical works as required.
• Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
• Work on heating systems and contribute to projects in occupied and vacant properties.
