Job summary

A property maintenance contractor is seeking an Electrician for a permanent role in Colchester. You will be responsible for servicing, breakdowns, and repairs in tenants' homes. The position offers a basic salary of £39,500, with potential earnings of £45,000 including overtime. All necessary tools and a van with a fuel card will be provided from day one. Ideal candidates should have the 18th Edition wiring regulations and preferably experience in social housing.
