Qualifications

• Previous experience working within Facilities Management would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Undertake PPM and reactive works within set time frames.
• Complete service sheets and update compliance logbooks.
• Provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
• Monitor contractors and their workmanship to meet standards.
• Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance.
• Comply with Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
